With the concept of "green building","sustainable development","recycling of waste materials",and "recycling economy" put forward by the state,enterprises that deal with the disposal of construction wastes have also received increasing attention from the government.However,at this stage,China's construction waste recycling industry chain is relatively small,its development rate is relatively slow,and it has not yet formed a mature industrial chain.For this reason,this article is based on a large number of literature research,based on the theory of industry chain,synergy theory and stakeholder theory,comprehensively using system dynamics,Matlab and other methods to study the construction waste resource treatment.This paper builds a dynamic model of the industrial scale of building waste recycling industry chain and a collaborative evolution model of upstream and downstream of the building waste recycling industry chain,and validates the validity of the model.Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted in Guangzhou City as an example of construction waste resources.The development of chemical industry chain provides countermeasures and suggestions.The research innovations are as follows:(1)Construct a framework system for the industrial chain of building waste recycling.Based on the literature review,identify the key factors affecting the recycling of building wastes industry chain and the main participants.Secondly,based on the theory of industry chain and stakeholder theory,separate the government as theparticipant and the free market.Establish a framework for the industrial chain of industrial waste recycling,and analyze the operation mechanism of the industrial chain of building waste recycling.(2)The simulation simulates the scale of industrial waste recycling industry chain.A causality diagram of the industrial chain of building waste recycling was constructed,and a model flow chart of the industrial chain of building waste was established.Second,the validity of the model is tested.Taking Guangzhou City as an example,the system dynamics simulation predictions for government subsidies and the scale of the industry chain are conducted.(3)Numerical analysis of the collaborative evolution mechanism of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain of building waste recycling.Based on the Lotka-Volterra model,a collaborative evolution model for the construction waste recycling industry chain was constructed.Taking Guangzhou City as an example,the numerical analysis and verification were performed using Matlab.The research conclusions can provide the theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the government to formulate the development policy of the related building waste construction resource industry.
