| With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, sanitary ware industry in China is entering a golden era of unprecedented. In the battle for market share in domestic and foreign brands, How to respond quickly to market demand, to create a fashionable, excellent performance, high-quality products at the same time reducing design costs has became problems for Sanitary production factory.This paper studies the rapid design of the toilet and mold in the digital environ-mint, including stereotypes, modeling, simulation and analysis. Realization methods include case-based design, knowledge-based design, parametric design, CAD system, the secondary development.In this paper, Kansei engineering technology was used for the design of toilet products. Besides, the link between emotional imagery and toilet design elements was established. Restructuring to build new product solutions through the design elements significantly improved the design efficiency and reduced the market risk. The Use of the "Top-Down" design method to build Parameterized3D models, toilet products and mold achieved rapid design and modification of the product model and die system. Thermodynamic simulation by ANSYS finite element analysis software on the toilet sintering process was carried out and the result guided product structure optimization and mold pre-deformation, so that it reduced the generation of product defects. Pro/E software secondary development by Pro/toolkit was integrated with emotional design, parametric design, modeling virtual assessment and simulation optimization achieved the interoperability of data between Pro/E and software co-design to and achieved a purpose toilet rapid product design.The introduction of digital technology to all aspects of the toilet and mold resear-ch and development with the integration to achieve co-design makes it quickly and accurately respond to market demand. and it also dramatically reduces development costs and shortens the development cycle of new products and has a certain guidance and practical value for the transformation and upgrading of domestic sanitary ware industry. |
