With hydraulic drive technology development during the past the past few years, hydraulic power equipment have got broad application in CCM. TPCO Steel And Iron Company has established a set of1machine4streams high speed round bloom CCM,1989, hydraulic power equipment have been working21years. Existence the following primal problem:1,Pump noise is big and life-span is short;2, Pipeline pressure instability, impingement are big, arouse union joint and hose often damage;3, Hydraulic power system fever heat is grave;5, Hydraulic pressure malfunction appears on equipment being able to not find that and remove in time. So improving fluid power quality, cut down malfunction rates and prolonging the life-time of hydraulic pressure component is related to CCM being able to continue producing and producing height mass casting blank, it is also related to economy efficiency of company.This paper analyze the problem of high speed method of base CCM hydraulic power equipment which is appearing in procedure of production in TPCO Steel And Iron Company.In order to solve these problems I carry out optimizations and upkeep hydraulic power equipment.the detailed works as follows:(1) Study and analyze characteristic property and shortcoming of glycol. And bring forward the problem using the glycol to need to pay attention to. Study and analyze the base principle of hydraulic power system in CCM variable plunger pump The variable plunger pump and the crystallizer have carried out a technical transformation, system rate of flow and circulation cooling system have carried out an optimization. Improve systematic reliability of hydraulic pressure and economy(2) Study and analyze characteristic property and shortcoming of glycol. And bring forward the problem using the glycol to need to pay attention to(3) analyze malfunction and diagnostic method may appear on confiscator hydraulic pressure equipment (4) Work out system-maintenance method of hydraulic power equipment, improve the disposition of administrator of hydraulic power system by training plan.By the fact that the above reforming a train of optimizes queen conticaster hydraulic pressure, system gets more obvious improvement in the course of wor:1, When the bar piston pump works, noise falls off obviously;2, The less, all action stabilizing, pounding system pressure has saved the sources of energy regularly, has reduced attachment consumption;4, After reforming the front hydraulic pressure oil temperature often reaching58℃, reforming, the oil temperature controls within50℃;4, Have built the malfunction diagnose scheme, have perfected hydraulic pressure equipment system upkeep maintenance measure, have improved quality of hydraulic pressure equipment handling crew.
