A Study On The Expert System Of Fault Diagnose For Rotor System

Because of the special working environment, faults often occur in rotatory machinery which was widely used in petrochemical industry,especially in rotor system, these often cause large loss. So it is very important to carry on accurate,timely fault diagnosis to the rotor. Nowadays, the Expert System has been regarded to be one of the powerful measure to ensure the equipment working efficiently and safely. Therefore,the research on expert system of fault diagnose to rotor is significant both in academic and in economy.In this thesis,rotor faults of machinery were studied as the main object ,with the thinking of solving the problem of fault diagnose using Expert System, through summarizing the typical fault of rotor and researching to relevant technology of expert system,the key content and main frame of establishing a Expert System of fault diagnose to rotor have been clarified, mainly about the way of constructing the Knowledge System and the Reasoning Machine of Fault Diagnosis,then a procedure of a Expert System of fault diagnose to rotor Based on Java has been programed .The major works of this thesis are as follows:(1) Aimed at the problem in construction and using the faults diagnosis expert system,the feature about typical fault of the rotor in detail have been sumed up,which guarantee the completeness on knowledge.(2) Based on comparing study ,the combined method of " frame + rule " in the knowledge organization has adopt, which has guaranteed the accuracy of reasoning result , as while as avoided complex rule-searching when reasoning .(3) Knowledge form has been set up using Relational-Database-System, which has guaranteed knowledge standardized;while the database-outside was supported, which have reduced the consumption to the computer system resources taken by DataBase .(4) Adapting the thinking of software engineering, the function of the expert system was programmed based on J2SE architecture using Java language.By making...
