Injection Mould Research Based On The UG

Mold production is one of the foundation industry of the national economy and the mould as industrial production attracts much attention。Through the test mode to know whether reasonable design, through repeated fix mould, and defects of mould is corrected by method of repeated smoothing. This reduces the quality of the mould, extends the development cycle of module, increases development cost. Compared with the traditional mold design injection mould design based on CAD/CAE/CAM technology, reduces the cost of developing mould, shortens the development cycle, increases the quality of injection mould greatly.This article introduces the research status of injection mould and the superiority of CAD/CAE/CAM integration technology. Making use of the Mold flow software researches application of injection mould integrated technology based on CAD/CAE/CAM technology. The combination of computer technology and modern manufacturing technology achieves the information modernization of mold industry.This article first introduces the UG/CAD module function and injection mould CAD technology, researches the theory basis of injection mold design, discusses the basic principle and related matters of the mould design. Taking injection mold design of soft dog as an example, researches the method and process of injection mold design based on UG software This paper introduces the simulation analysis function of the Mold flow software and injection Mold CAE technology. Taking injection mold design of soft dog as an example discovers injection molding process errors and through the analysis of the results evaluates the rationality of injection molding conditions and the parameters. Through this method optimizes mould design. Then, this paper introduces CAM module function and injection Mold CAM technology, describes the basic theory of the injection mould manufacturing. Taking NC machining simulation manufacturing of soft dog mold force plug as an example researches the method and the process of injection mold NC machining simulation based on UG software.
