Due to the performance of the plastic itself as well as the emergence of more andmore composite plastic metal products has been replaced by plastic products, plasticproducts, a wide variety of production methods: injection molding, extrusion molding,blow molding, rollmolding, dip molding, injection molding for more than30%of thetotal accounts for about plastic parts, and the development of its technology isrelatively mature, has been widely applied in many areas of the national economy.However, conventional injection mold design mold designers rely mainly on intuition,experience. The mold manufactured, often need to go through repeatedly tryout andrepair mode in order to put into mass production. The method has been unable toadapt to short product development cycles, low cost, high quality market requirements.With the rapid development of computer technology and CAE technology, especiallythe introduction and application of Moldflow software can be in the mold, the entireinjection molding process by computer simulation analysis, forecasting mold designand molding conditions on the products, to help design the mold design, modify theparts in a timely manner and mold design. The technology can effectively guaranteeproduct quality, shorten product development cycles, improve production efficiency,increase the economic benefits for the enterprise.This paper studies the numerical simulation of the injection molding of the computermonitor panel. First, ug software solid modeling, using the conversion interface,convert it into Moldflow software identified STL format, and then import the panelmodel to Moldflow, finite element mesh, mesh repair, set The process parameters,selection of materials, such as analysis of the pre-treatment work. Then, the best gatelocation analysis, filling, cooling, warpage analysis, the best model gate location,weld lines, cooling time and warpage analysis Figure. By examining differentmolding parameters, the actual injection molding warpage effects have importantguiding significance.
