Water injection is an onshore oilfield development the important exploitation mode, itcan complement formation energy effectively, and improve the oil recovery rate, ensure highand stable yield, oil plays a positive role in guaranteeing the effective. But the water itself is ahuge consumption of energy. Water injection is a large oil consumption, accounting for about40%~60%oilfield. But with the increase of comprehensive water oil ratio, energyconsumption will also increase greatly. Therefore, the significance of energy saving operationtechnology of water injection system is very important to reduce the production cost of oilfield has. The country put forward to energy-saving and emission reduction in the "elevenfive" plan; the target is reduced by about20%, the total discharge of major pollutantsreduced by10%, energy consumption per unit of GDP.The development trend of water injection system is mainly reflected in the following twoaspects: one is from the macro pays more attention to the balance of supply and demandanalysis, both the current and long-term system operation situation, determine a reasonablescale of construction;two is to pay more attention to the study of raising the efficiency of thesystem, using a variety of means, reduce energy consumption, improve the efficiency of. Inthis paper, water injection system in Xingbei development area for research and testing object,in the "energy saving" as the goal, mainly for the following research;1. Establishment of Xingbei oilfield water injection pipeline network topologicalstructure of the system, including water injection station, water distributing station, waterinjection, valves, pipe junction point of unit and water injection pipe element, set theparameter and attribute model, to graphically display.2. The establishment of various unit model, the assembling unit model of overall systemsimulation model, setting appropriate boundary conditions and simplified method, by usingthe numerical method of universal, efficient solver on the overall model.3. With the minimum of injection energy consumption as the objective function, thewater injection and water injection station actual production capacity as constraint conditions,establish the optimal operation model of water injection system, solution of completeoptimization model is given, the water injection pump pump layout and operation parameters.
