| Ganoderma lucidum, one kind of rare macro fungi, has a long-standing history of cultivation. It is proved by modern medicine pharmacology that Ganoderma lucidum contains many kinds of active ingredients, such as Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, total triterpenes, nucleoside and so on. It has great effects on anti-cancer, liver-protection, detoxifcation, regualtion of vascular system, Anti neurasthenia and anti-aging, which creates great values in research and economy. At present, in spite of the wide-research and numerous-varieties, the traditional seed breeding of Ganoderma lucidum is difficult to take a breakthrough to gain the excellent bacterial strains as their spores are hard to germinate the Monokaryon strains.This paper aims to study the single nucleation process of hyphae and hybridization of Ganoderma lucidum protoplast to select the excellent bacterial strains. By means of laboratory preliminary screens, field initial screens, we sift two high-yield and high-quality bacterial strains30+2-27×24-1、06-6×30+2-27. It is showed by the regional trails that these two bacterial strains are more advantageous than their parents and the local leading varieties in output, Ganoderma triterpenoids, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. These two bacterial strains are approved and named after Jinshan Ganoderma lucidum102(30+2-27×24-1) and Jinshan Ganoderma lucidum120(06-6x30+2-27) by The Committee of Crop Variety in Fujian Province. It is detected to manifest that the contents of polysaccharides of Jinshan Ganoderma lucidum102and Jinshan Ganoderma lucidum120are separately0.62%and0.69%, and the contents of triterpenoids are separately2.4%and2.6%by The Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products Testing Center, Fujian Province.We reach the following conclusion:we can sift the hybrid strains, better than their parents, by the single nucleation process of hyphae and hybridization of Ganoderma lucidum protoplast, which is a prospecting channel for breeding. |
