The Study Of Four Different Kinds Of Wet Fluid Dilution Effect On Sputum After Tracheotomy

Objective：This study aims to sputum components from the quantitative toexplore clinical after tracheotomy commonly used four different airway moistliquid dilution sputum effect,thus for patients to choose reasonable,economic andeffective a wet process,provide theoretical references for liquid.Methods：Eighty patients with tracheotomy are chosen as the experimentalobjects and divided randomly and equally into four groups:Sterilization water forinjection Group,0.45%NaCl Group,Mucosolvan solution Group,1.25%NaHco3Group.Used24h continued to moist method,collect the trachea that day did notimplement the airway to moist before,and the first day after tracheotomy,and thethird day,the fifth day of the sputum specimens.The four moist fluid are furtheranalysed by sputum ingredients includingａ-acidic glycoprotein,Ca2+and PHvalue.Results：Used in the study of the four moist fluid are all effective dilutionof sputum,compared with four groups analysed by sputum ingredientsdifference.Sterilization injection water group and Mucosolvan solution groupcompared to the sputum PH value differences influence was not statisticalsignificance(p>0.05). Mucosolvan solution as the tracheotomy patient,s airwaymoist fluid,dilution sputum effect is better than Sterilization water for injection,0.45%NaCl,1.25%NaHco3.0.45%salt water for the influence of the index ofstable,that is,the change of the quantity change everyday by less than the otherthree groups;and the four moist fluid use of time to dilute sputum effect also hasa significant effect(p<0.05),can think over time,dilute the better the results.Conclusion： Mucosolvan solution to sputum dilution effect is best,butincreased economic burden of patients;0.45%salt water with low cost andaccord with physiological needs,the stimulate to the airway is small so it is theideal moist liquid,worth in clinical application.
