Effect Of Dexmedetomidine On Blood Dynamics During General Anesthietic In Aged Patients

Objective: to investigate an influence of blood dynamics stability to theaged patients by prior treat with dexmedetomidine in the general anesthieticperiod.Materials and methods:30patients (age:65-80,average:70.6±55.6),average weight:67.2±6.8KG,from April2011to January2012in ourhospital.America Anesthiesia Doctor Society ASA was II degree, operativetime was2hour,and they are aged patients with hypertension by selectiveoperation,and used double blind method. The dexmedetomidine was used tothe patients in the control group (A group,saline group) and experimentalgroup (B group,dexmedetomidine group1.0μg／kg) before general anestheticindution,to monitor the basic numerical,and SP,DP,HR of T2(after transfusionof saline and dexmedetomidine),T3(before plug),T4(after plug1min),T5(afterplug2min),T6(after plug4min).Result: There were no significance between two groups of aged patientswith hypertension （P＜0.05） before operation.we found A goup blooddynamics stability was good than that of B group.HR:the heart rate was declined distinctly in the dexmedetomidine group,there were obvious significance between A and B groups（P＜0.01） exceptT1group.(2) SP: There were no significance between T1and T2group, therewere obvious significance between T1and T3group（P＜0.01）,but B groupwas lowered than A group.SP was rised in A and B group in T4,but but Agroup was lowered than B group,（P＜0.01）after then,SP decreased slowlyin A and B group.(3) DP:there was small change in T1, but there was obvious decrease between T3and T1（P＜0.01）,but B group was lowered than Agroup,DP in A and B group was obvious higher,contrast between A4andA1,but DP of B group was higher than A group （P＜0.01）.Although therewas a obvious significance between A and B group in AR and BP,there werefewer patients need to use medicine by anaesthetist, There was no significancebetween two groups in the use of ephedrine,nitroglycerine and atropine.Conclusion:There are lot of benefit for the blood dynamics stability of hypertensionpatients with the use of dexmedetomidine before anesthesia in the plugperid,and it is better for the anaesthetist to manage patients.
