| Objective：To investigate the curative effect of arthroscopic plus Simiao Power treating onthe knee osteoarthritis united synovitis so as to provide reference for clinical treatment, andto investigate its improvements on the pain, joint function and the arthredema, andindividual the arthroscopic treating on the knee osteoarthritis united synovitis, search for theway to explore the effect of a good, effective, minimally invasive, to minimize the sufferingof patients and the financial burden of treatment.Methods：All40patients with osteoarthritis of the knee, which belong to reterder of themoistheat belong to The Chinese medicine dialectics, that were collected from orthopedicsdepartment and out-patient of The First Affiliated Hospital of He Nan University of TCMbetween Marth2010and February2011.All the patients signed the agreement. They wererandomly divided into two groups: the treatment group（n=20）treated with routinearthroscopic and the control group（n=20）treated with routine arthroscopic plus SimiaoPower given twice a day two days after the surgery. The patient from the two groups have noobvious difference in the sex, age, course of illness, the X ray ratings, suffering location, andthe degree.(p>0.05). Which shows the overall situation before treatment are comparable.After the power was given21days,the curative effect wound be estimated in the theseaspects: the score of the OA pain, joint function,arthredema of the knee and the security.Result：All the40cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee entered the final analysiswith no loss. Comparison of the overall curative effect between the before and aftertreatment of the two groups: the efficiency of the treatment group is85percent, there is theefficiency of the control group80%, by Mann-Whitney Test: U=3.007, p=0.036<0.05, theeffect of treatment group was superior to the control group. The comparison of the score ofpain,joint function and arthredema compared between the before and after treatment of thetwo groups are significantly different (p<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred between thetwo groups during treatment.Conclusion：The curative effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis united synovitis bythe method of Arthroscopic plus Simiao Power was valuable.The indices were improved patently on OA pain, joint function and the arthredema. Besides,the curative effect of thetreatment group was superior to the control group,at the same time, the two groups’treatment was both security. |
