Effects Of Yinxieping Pill On VEGF And Tnf-a In Guinea Pig Model Of Psoriasis

Objective:Construct the guinea pig ear model of psoriasis and detect the change of morphology, histopathology, VEGF and TNF-a in guinea pig ear to explore the possible mechanisms of Yinxieping pill to treat psoriasis and provide some experimental evidence for the Yinxieping pill treat psoriasis.Methods:65healthy adult guinea pigs, male and female, regardless of body weight250-300g, the general level. Randomly selected10as the blank control group, the rest guinea pigs with5%propranolol emulsion evenly spread in the bilateral deaf skin to construct of psoriasis model. Modeling of the first14days, five model animals were sacrificed to assess modeling, when the model was successful, the remaining50model animals were randomly divided into five groups, the model control group, the fufangqingdai pill group, yinxieping pill high, medium and low-dose group.15days, we start gavaging for4weeks, one time a day. After the last administration, with urethane by intraperitoneal injection of anesthesia to take the ears, left ears use for the detection of cytokines; right ears use for Pathological sectioned and compare the degree of tissue lesions. Close observation of the morphological changes of guinea pigs and ears throughout the experiment.Results:1. Yinxieping pill have a certain degree improvement in the general state and histopathologiea of guinea pigs of guinea pig model of psoriasis.2. Pathological changes of Yinxieping pill group have varying degrees lower than the model control group.3. TNF-a and VEGF level in guinea pig’s ear tissue of Yinxieping pill group have varying degrees lower than the model control group.4. Medium dose of yinxieping pill can improve the Pathological changes and reduce the TNF-a expression levels of guinea pig ear model of psoriasis better than fufangqingdai pill.Conclusion:1. Yinxieping pill have a certain degree improvement in the general state, histopathologiea, Pathological changes and reduce the TNF-a and VEGF expression levels of guinea pig ear model of psoriasis.2. Yinxieping pill may be regulat the immune mechanism and inhibit new blood vessel formation thus play a role in the treatment of psoriasis.
