Purpose: Through the traditional Chinese medicine flavored decoction "in the treatmentof lung cancer by stasis (qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome) pain clinical treatmenteffect of observation, traditional Chinese medicine is discussed in combining traditionalChinese and western medicine treatment of cancer pain advantage, improve the malignanttumor and with cancer caused by the quality of life of patients with pain.Method: With random number the grouping of table method,60patients with clinicalcriteria of the choice of patients, randomly divided into two groups, and30cases. Onetherapeutic group of patients, give "flavored by stasis soup+beauty; kangding pieces", thecontrol group limited to "beauty; kangding pieces" oral treatment. Observe Chinese medicinedecoction "flavored by stasis soup" in the treatment of lung cancer (qi stagnancy and bloodstasis syndrome) pain clinical curative effect.2weeks for a period of treatment, continuous observation two treatment.Result: Observation results show that doctor practicingwestern medicine group and notdoctor practicingwestern medicine group total effective rate was93.33%,90.00%(VRSmethod),93.33%,86.67%(NRS method) the total effective rate of the treatment group wasbetter than control the total effective rate, the statistics analysis, P <0.05, there are significantdifferences. Add a flavored by stasis decoction "in the treatment of can effectively relieve pain,improve the quality of life of the patients.Conclusion: Western medicine in oral sedation and oral Chinese medicine one, cansignificantly ease pain, reduce pain side effects of the drug, improve the quality of survival.
