Clinical Study Of Intra-fascial Vaginal Hysterectomy

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of intra-fascial vaginal hysterectomy.Methods：Uterine benign patients, those who are receiving hysterectomy surgery in JiangXi Province People，s Hospital within the same treatment period, were dividedrandomly into three groups, the IVH group, the IAH group and the TVH grouprespectively, each group with50cases. Through the observation of these threegroups，we can get the operation time, bleeding volume during the operation,postoperative morbidity rate， postoperative hospitalization time, postoperativerecovery time to daily work，the incidence of vaginal residual polyps，postoperativevaginal shorten rate and sexual life decline rate of the three groups.Result：In terms of operation time, postoperative morbidity rate, postoperativehospitalization time and postoperative recovery time to daily work, the IAH groupwere longer than both the IVH group and the TVH group, and the differences werestatistically significant（P<0.05）；while the IVH and TVH groups showed nostatistical significance（P＞0.05）.There were no significant differences among thesethree groups regarding of bleeding volume during the operation（P＞0.05）.Regardingof the incidence of vaginal residual polyps，postoperative vaginal shorten rate andsexual life decline rate, the TVH group was higher than both the IVH and IAH group,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）;while the differencesbetween the IVH group and the IAH group showed no statistical significance（P>0.05）.Conclusion：Combined with the good advantages of the IAH and the TVH methods, whichare short hospitalization time and rapid recovery, keeping normal form of vagina and minimizing the postoperative impact on sexual life, the IVH method is worth ofclinical promotion.
