With the development of the economic society and the enhancement of people’s legalawareness, physician-patient relationship, as an important part of social relations, isincreasingly becoming the focus of the society. Nowadays, the medical disputes caused by thedisharmony of the physician-patient relationship have been a common social phenomenon.The doctor-patient communication is a transfer process of medical information, which canimprove the level of treatment and human services and obtain the trust and cooperation ofpatients and the society. A good physician-patient communication can reduce the occurrenceof medical disputes, so doctor-patient communication plays a vital role in medical practices.While the principles of medical ethics guide for the performances of medical behaviorand set a direction for the medical behavior, the formation of organizational ethical climate isalso of great help to establish a good physician-patient relationship. How does theorganizational ethical climate of a hospital affect the medical ethical behavior of medical staff,and what do the patients feel about the interpersonal perception? What kind of organizationalethical climate the personal medical ethical behavior of medical staff can form? What aboutthe actual interpersonal perception of patients? All above are the main topics of this paper.The purpose of the research aims at exploring the relationship of organizational ethicalclimate, the principles of medical ethic and the performances of medical behavior and hopesto get some findings that will decrease the medical disputes.The article preamble has explained the background, the purpose and the significance ofthe topics and has introduced the overall vision of the study, research methods, and thearrangement of the structure.And also it has reviewed the organizational ethical climate, theprinciples of medical ethic and the performances of medical behavior, and summarized thedefinition and the classification of the organizational ethical climate, the principles of medicalethic and the performances of medical behavior.On this basis,we confirm the analyticframework of this study would lay a theoretical foundation for the following research. This study chose four different levels of hospitals, using random sampling to selectsubjects, including119clinicians,124nurses,52medical technicians and provided300copies of questionnaires, excluding invalid questionnaires,295valid question naire havereturned, and the rate of recovery was98.3%. And we also discussed about the relevance andimpact of the organizational ethical climate and the principles of medical ethic, theorganizational ethical climate and the doctor-patient therapy communication behavior and thehospital medical ethical principles and the doctor-patient therapy communication behavior.First, it has analyzed the relationship among the organizational ethical climate, theprinciples of medical ethic and the performances of medical behavior in the three differentlevels of hospitals. The results show that in the three levels of hospitals, the pairwisecomparisons of the caring atmosphere, the rule atmosphere and the utilitarian atmospherewere statistically significant (P <0.05).And the the pairwise comparison with the spontaneousinterests of the dimension of the principle of medical ethics, do-not-hurt were statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), the pairwise comparisons of each dimension of the doctor-patientcommunication behavior had no significant difference (P>0.05).Second, it has analyzed the relationship among the organizational ethical climate, theprinciples of medical ethic and the performances of medical behavior medical staff variablesin their dimensions. The result showed that among the health care workers age, working yearsin the atmosphere of the dimension of the organizational ethics rules atmosphere.professionalatmosphere exists a significant difference (P <0.05), the caring atmosphere in the job title andorganization ethics atmosphere dimension a significant difference (P <0.05), level ofeducation and professional atmosphere in the atmosphere dimension of organizational ethicssignificant difference. Health care workers in variables such as age, gender, position existsignificant differences (P <0.05), respectively, and not to harm the principles of medicalethics. There are not significant differences between the medical communication behavior ofeach dimension and health care variables.Third, it has analyzed the ethical atmosphere of the organization of each dimension withthe various dimensions of the principles of medical ethics and patient communicationbehavior analysis. The results show that the ethical atmosphere and personal principles ofmedical ethics has a significant correlation, in which do-not-hurt, caring,and the professionall were tested positive correlation, and the interests of patients, care, professionals, the rules were tested positive correlation. Besides, the patient self-interest and caring atmosphere resultto a positive correlation. Caring, professional, rules atmosphere and the direct harm, contraryto public morals, violations of autonomy were highly negatively correlated. Patient autonomy,do-not-hurt the patient benefits and direct injury, contrary to justice, violations of autonomywere highly negatively correlated. Utilitarian atmosphere and contrary to public morals was apositive correlation. Fair and reasonable and contrary to public morals was a negativecorrelation.Finally, it has established a good physician-patient relationship according to theseresearch results, and can reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. The article hassummarized and looked into the future of the following up study, and given therecommendations for the continuous work.
