The Research On The Improvement Of The Licensed Pharmacist System

Objective:This thesis aims to introduce the current situation of the implementation of China’s licensed pharmacist qualification system and propose advice to the improvement of China’s China’s licensed Pharma cist system through the analysis of relevant laws and regulations of lie ensed pharmacist and reference of successful experiences of the US, th e UK, Japan and other countries.Method:On the basis of the previous studies, the author collected a wide range of knowledge and materials by information retrieval and adopted methods of description, comparison and analysis. The description method is used to describe the current situation including relevant laws in China, the US, the UK and Japan, and the implementation of pharmacist system. The comparison method is adopted to compare the specific content of different pharmacist systems in different countries. Through description and comparison, current implementation of different pharmacist systems in different countries is seen clearly. Then final conclusion comes out by analysis. The thesis deals with a broad content but most content is indirectly related to the content thus requires some processing progress. Therefore the most important method in the thesis is analysis method.Result and conclusion:the analysis of implementation of China’s p harmacist system and the successful launch of related laws and regulatio ns of developed countries has attracted more attention of the governmen t on the licensed pharmacists. The release of the thesis may accelerate the establishment of licensed pharmacist related laws and ensure a stead y legal status of them.We should speed up the legislation process of lie ensed pharmacist and promote licensed pharmacist system and related la ws and regulations; moreover, we should improve the continuing educati on of licensed pharmacist to promote proper utilization of medicine and ensure medicine safety and ultimately safeguard people’s health.
