Research On Invigoratingthespleen Tonifying Kidneymethod To Influent The Patients’Creatinine Urea Nitrogen Levels Of Uric Acid Of The Saliva Intheir Saliva

Objective:To inherit and develop the theory of "the excretion of the kidney being spittle, the secretion derived from the spleen being saliva" and "body fluid and blood sharing the same origin"in clinical application, by observing the effect that the method of tonifying kidney and invigorate the spleen has on serum, saliva creatinine.urea nitrogenand uric acid level of patients with chronic renal failure at decompensation phase, and to provide data and rationale for using saliva sample as clinical diadynamic criteria of renal function.Methods:On the basis of the supportive care plus invigorate the spleen tonifying kidney method, we detected30patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure decompensated of the spleen and kidney deficiency of vital energy in Cr,UN,and UA in the serum and saliva before and after4weeks of treatment. And then we observe the variation and relationship of Cr、BUN、and UA in the serum and saliva of before and after treatment.Results:1.Before treatment the patients suffering chronic nep-hritis in the decompensated stage, the level of Cr、UN and U A in serum and saliva are found in positive relation,(r=0.796,0.863,0.689p<0.05).2.After four weeks s treatment of invig orate the spleen tonifying kidney method, the same data of the patients above are still positively related.(r=0.752,0.819,0.618p<0.05).3.Cr,UN level lower than before treatment, the ga p was statistically significant (p<0.05); but UA level has no s ignificant difference before and after the treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. The level of Cr, UN and UA in serum and saliva are found in positive relation before and after treatment of invigorate the spleen tonifying kidney method. The index validated from laboratory biochemical tests the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.2. The invigorate the spleen tonifying kidney method can lower the level of Cr and UN in serum and saliva, improve patients renal function, and inherit and develop the clinical application of the traditional Chinese medicine theory:"The excretion of the kidney being spittle, the secretion derived from the spleen being saliva","body fluid and blood sharing the same origin".3. Testing the saliva can monitor patients changed concentration of Cr, UN, and UA before and after the treatment.4. The method of Testing the Cr, UN, UA in saliva is simple and feasible and has some practical significance in clinical practice.
