The Clinical Research About The Effects Of Tongkeshu Plus Neiyiling â…¡ Enema For Treating Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea

Objective:to investigate the effect of oral tong-ke-shu,nei-yi-ling II enema or tow combination therapy for dysmenorrhea resulted from endometriosis.Methods:Totally60patients were selected with endometriosis dysmenorrheal,aging23-45years old. All were randomly assigned to three groups:20patients received oral tong-ke-shu plus nei-yi-ling II enema and20patients received oral tong-ke-shu alone and another20patients received nei-yi-ling II enema alone. There was no significant difference in age,dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrheal points before tre-atment. Dysmenorrheal score and clinical efficacy were performed to assess the effect among three groups before or after therapy.Statistic-al analyses were performed using SPSS16.0software. Measurement data were evaluated with t test or variance analysis;comparison bet-ween groups of enumeration data was performed using X2test;ranked data was tested by using Ridit analysis.Results:the over efficacy rate of oral tong-ke-shu plus nei-yi-ling II enema,oral tong-ke-shu alone and nei-yi-ling II enema alone th-erapy for endometriosis dysmenorrhea was separately100%,90%and90%,which was significant statistically (p=0.049<0.05). For three gr-oups,dysmenorrheal scores have significant statistically differences between before and after treatment(p<0.01).Further there was statisti cally significant for dysmenorrheal scores after treatment in oral tong-ke-shu plus nei-yi-ling II enema group,comparing with oral alone group;however no significant difference was observed when compa-ring oral tong-ke-shu plus nei-yi-ling II enema group or oral alone group with enema alone group. In addition,the dysmenorrheal scores after the treatment of oral tong-ke-shu plus nei-yi-ling II enema show-ed statistically significant differences,comparing with the ones in nei-yi-ling II enema groupï¼›while no significant difference was obser-ved between oral tong-ke-shu group and nei-yi-ling II enema group.Conclusions:for the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrheal, the efficacy of oral tong-ke-shu plus nei-yi-ling II enema was better than the one of oral tong-ke-shu alone or nei-yi-ling II enema alone.
