Clinical Study On Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Of Endometriosis With Qi And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Nei Yi Zhi Tong Decoction

OBJECTIVE:The purpose of this study was to observe the improvement of dysmenorrhea symptoms in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome endometriosis(EMs)by observing the self-prepared prescriptions "Nei yi Zhi tong Decoction" and "Sanjie Zhentong Capsule".Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to quantify the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients.The gynecological B-ultrasound was used to detect the size of ectopic cysts.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kit was used to treat peripheral blood glucose chain antigens.The measurement was carried out at 125(CA125).To evaluate the clinical efficacy of two treatment regimens for dysmenorrhea symptoms of endometriosis(EMs).Thereby providing a better clinical method for clinical treatment of EMs dysmenorrhea symptoms.Methods:92 patients with EMs with dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of 1:1 using Doll’s clinical case random table(Schedule 1),46 cases in each group.The patient serial number,random number,and grouping result are the first-level blind bottom,and then the treatment group and the control group are blinded by drugs.This is the second-level blind bottom,and the drug code of each patient is randomly prepared.The above steps are performed by the research group.The person is responsible for;the code is formed after the formation of the document,and is sealed by the statistician.The treatment group was treated with internal Yizhitong Decoction,and the control group was treated with Sanjie Zhentong Capsule.Even taking 20 doses for a course of treatment,the menstrual period is discontinued,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the symptoms of dysmenorrhea were evaluated by dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS method.The volume of ectopic cyst and CA125 content were examined.After the second course of treatment,the patients were scored with dysmenorrhea symptom and VAS method.RESULTS:After the treatment of the second and third courses,the dysmenorrhea symptom scores and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,the volume of ectopic cysts was significantly reduced,and the CA125 content was significantly decreased.Moreover,in the three aspects of dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score and ectopic cyst volume reduction,the treatment group taking "Neiyi Zhitong Decoction" was better than the control group taking "Sanjie Analgesic Capsule".There was no difference between the two groups in reducing the efficacy of CA125.Conclusion:Both the treatment group and the control group can effectively alleviate the symptoms of EMs dysmenorrhea,and can reduce the volume of ectopic cysts and reduce the content of peripheral blood CA125.In addition,the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving pain symptoms and reducing ectopic cysts.There was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing CA125 content.Enhancing Nei Yi Zhi Tong Decoction has advantages over the treatment of EMs with dysmenorrhea symptoms.
