Objective To investigate the relationship of the serum25-hydroxy-vitamin D,TLR4、MMP-9with ACS and investigate the relationship among25-hydroxy-vitamin D,TLR4、MMP-9in ACS patients.Methods152patients who conform to standard were chosen from Apr2011-June2011in the second hospital of Tianjin Medical University.We divided the patients into ACS group(n=81)、SAPgroup(n=36) and NC group(n=35).By clinical conditions, we also divided ACS group into AMI group (n=41) and UAP group(n=40). There is no statistics significance in age, gender, BMI, hypertention, diabete, smoke in every group.The level of25-hydroxy Vitamin D, MMP-9,TLR4in serum were measured by ELISA in every group. Carry on statistics analysis.Results1.The serum level of25-hydroxy vitamin D was significantly lower in ACS group than in SAP group,control group, and statistics difference was found (225.78±38.48vs325.00±42.74,339.69±35.30,P<0.01).The serum level of25-hydroxy vitamin D was lower in AMI group than in UAP group, and statistics difference was found (219.75±31.53vs231.97±44.04, P<0.01) No significantly statistics significance was found between SAP group and control group(P>0.05).2.The serum level of TLR4was significantly higher in ACS group than in SAP group,control group,and statistics difference was found(248.29±19.30vs220.20±23.64,215.93±43.38, P<0.01).No significantly statistics significance was found between AMI group and UAP group (P>0.05)).No significantly statistics significance was found between SAP group and control group (P>0.05).3.The serum level of MMP-9was significantly higher in ACS group than in SAP group,control group, and statistics difference was found (563.36±48.18vs341.39±46.23,330.03±48.06,P<0.01).The serum level of MMP-9was higher in AMI group than in UAP group, and statistics difference was found (598.88±29.34vs526.95±34.56, P<0.01).No significantly statistics significance was found between SAP group and control group (P>0.05).4. There was a significant inverse relationship between the level of25-hydroxyl-vitamin D and the level of MMP-9(r=-0.796,P<0.001). No correlation was found between the levels of25-hydroxyl vitamin D and TLR4(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The serum level of25-hydroxyl vitamin D was significantly lower in ACS group than in SAP group, control group. No significantly different was found between SAP group and control group.2. The serum MMP-9and TLR4of acute coronary syndrome patients was higher significantly.3. A negative correlation was found between the levels of25-hydroxyl vitamin D and MMP-9, No correlation was found between the levels of25-hydroxyl vitamin D and TLR4.
