| Purpose: Dysmenorrhea influence patient′s life whatever study or work to a certainextent.To alleviate patient′s pain and improve their quality of life,this article is guided bytraditional Chinese medical theory and adopt combind treatment with Chinese decoction andChinese medicine plaster on navel,symptomatic treatment,to obseve the clinical effects,toexplore preferable treatment method.Method: The article selected thirty cases of qi stagnation and bloud stastis tupe ofprimary dysmenorrheal and gave them combintion of Gexia zhuyu decoction take by mouthand Chinese medicine plaster on navel by three period of treatment.Compared total and eachsymptom before and after treatment,to obeseved the clinical effects.Result: After three period of treatment,every symptom of patient were improved.Thetotal effective rate was93.33%.Conclusion: The treatment result showed that thrity cases of patient,eight cases werecompletely cured, thirteen cases were produce effects,seven cases were effective,two caseswere invalid.The effect of combined treatment of Gexia zhuyu decoction and Chinesemedicine plaster on navel to cure Dysmenorrhea is preferred, and is worth to popularized it. |
