Clinical Observation On The Blockage Of Cold And Damp Periarthritis Of Shoulder By Three-needle Of Shoulder With The On-time Acupuncture

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Blockage of Cold and Damp Periarthritis of Shoulder by Three-needle of Shoulder with two different on-time Acupuncture,and explore a new method of acupuncture on time.MethodsFrom December 2016 to May 2017,60 patients who were eligibility from The first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine and Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,and randomly assigned into test group and control group.The test group was treated by Three-needle of Shoulder with the Weiqi acupuncture,the control group was treated by Three-needle of Shoulder with method of combining the earthly branches.The two groups were treated twice a week for 2 to 3 days and 4 weeks for a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,assess the effect by Lu Efficacy evaluation scale of periarthritis of shoulder,to observe the daily life ability of the patients,the function of shoulder joint activity and the score of pain degree.The final measurement data was analyzed by SPSS21.0.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(gender,age,course of disease,and incidence)of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no difference in daily living ability,shoulder joint activity function and pain level between 2 groups.It’s comparable.After two courses of treatment,the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the daily living ability,shoulder joint activity function and pain score were all improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparison,the treatment group improved the difference of shoulder pain score significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).It can prove the effect of the 2 method of treatment。Finally,the efficiency of the two groups was 100%.However,there was no difference between the two groups in providing daily living ability and improving shoulder joint activity(P BBB 0 0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved the efficacy ofjoint pain better than the control group.Conclusion1.Both groups had good effect on Blockage of Cold and Damp Periarthritis of Shoulder。2.Weiqi acupuncture is superior to method of combining the earthly branches in relieving shoulder pain,and there is no significant difference in improving the function of shoulder joint activity and improving the daily life ability.3.Weiqi acupuncture can be used as a new method of puncture,which is worthy of further clinical verification.
