Objective By observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of oral losprofen sodium tablets and floating needle with endotrope in the treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder, explore the effectiveness of floating needle with endotrope, and seek a better scheme for clinical treatment of acute cold.MethodsSixty patients with periarthritis of shoulder who met the requirements of the experimental study criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group with floating needle and intramuscular application, and a control group with oral losulofen sodium tablets, with 30 patients in each group.Treatment group first for patients with floating needle treatment, patients are more comfortable, healer easy to operate, routine disinfection of application parts, the healer to hand fixed in the lower part of the needle point, and tighten the skin, thumb, index finger, middle finger on the needle handle, needle and skin into 15°-30° Angle quickly into the skin, and then the needle body flat, make the needle is horizontal along the dermis needle into 4/ After 5,the operator will hold the floating needle handle, sweep the left and right directions, the control Angle is 15°~30°,the control frequency is 2~3 times / second, sweep for 3 minutes, remove the floating needle hose under the skin, fix no acid, anesthesia, weight and pain in the needle area, and remove the welling hose for 8 hours after detention. The control group took oral suprofen sodium tablets three times a day at 60 mg.Then, under the guidance of a physician, the patient underwent functional exercise once a day and received a treatment for 7 days. For both groups of patients,vs The CMS item score,VAS score, serum IL-6,PGE2 content value of the patients, and the local symptom degree score of the shoulder joint 1 day before the treatment and 1 day after the completion of the treatment were observed and recorded.Overall collected data, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS25.0 software.Results1.In the above observation items before the treatment, neither group showed a statistical difference(P> 0.05).2.Pain Visual Simulation Scale(VAS): After completing treatment, the decrease in VAS scores compared to before treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05),while the treatment group had lower scores and statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Scale(CMS): After the treatment,ROM,ADL and pain scores were improved than before the treatment, with significant difference(P <0.05);compared with the horizontal group, higher score in the treatment group,P <0.05,P <0.05 level.4.Shoulder local symptom score: After treatment, joint weight, pain, cold, and dysfunction decreased than before treatment(P <0.05),the control group, lower treatment score(P <0.05),and a significant difference in the joint pain improvement(P <0.01).5.Serum IL-6 content: after completion of treatment, both groups showed a reduction in serum IL-6 content, was statistically significant(P <0.05);compared with the control group, the treatment group had lower serum IL-6 content(P <0.05).6.Serum PGE2 content: after treatment, the serum PGE2 content was decreased(P <0.05);compared with the control group, the serum PGE2 content in the treatment group was lower,at P <0.05 level.7.Clinical efficacy evaluation results: The treatment group and the control group achieved86.2% and 78.6% response rate respectively after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions1.Floating needle with internal muscle patch and oral losuprofen sodium tablets can improve daily activities, pain degree and shoulder mobility in patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder, relieve local symptoms of shoulder, and realize the reduction of serum IL-6 and PGE2 content.2.In clinical work, floating needle with endotropic patch is better in the treatment of acute phase of wind, cold and wet shoulder compared with oral lossuprofen sodium tablets. |
