Observasion Of Curative Effect Of Point-injection Therapy Combined With The Antiemetic Drug On Preventing And Treating The Gastrointestinal Side Reactions Due To Chemotherapy

Objective: Observe the curative effects of the point-injection therapy combinedwith the antiemetic drug on preventing and treating the gastrointestinal side reactions dueto chemotherapy,such as nausea,vomiting and decreased food appetite.Methods:60subjects with cancer were randomly divided into two groups,30patients in the observed group were administered with point-injection therapy combinedwith ondansetron,30in the control group with ondansetron only. Conditions ofgastrointestinal adverse effects due to chemotherapy in different time were studied duringone period of chemotherapy and the changes of KPS of the two groups before and afterthe chemotherapy are compared.Results: Point-injection therapy combined with the antiemetic drug can prevent andtreat the nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy effectively,enhance the appetite andimprove the quality of live.Conclusion: Point-injection therapy combined with the antiemetic drug can preventand treat of gastrointestinal side reactions due to chemotherapy and can be one of thefacultative methods improving the quality of the cancer patient’s live.
