Study On Thh Chemical Constituents And Qualityof Rosae Rugosae Flos

Rosae Rugosae Flos is bud of rose which is rosaceae perennial shrub, and has been widely used in our country and world. For better development and utilization of Rosae Rugosae Flos resources, consummating the quality specification and searching bioactive natural compound, we have carried out basical study about it’s chemical, set up the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Rosae Rugosae Flos and analyzed the rDNA ITS sequence of its different cultivated varieties.We have a preliminary research on its chemical composition. The structure of six compounds were identified by spectroscopy and stratography.They are Gallic acid、 protoatechuic acid、Kaempferol、Herbacetin-8-methylethe、Tristin、Astragalin.We have set up the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Rosae Rugosae Flos,Gallic acid and hyperin as control article, and got evidence to identify different varieties and for quality control.To study the ribosomal rDNA ITS sequence variation of Rosa rugosa Thunb from different cultivated varieties, we analyzed the rDNA ITS sequence. The ITS sequences can offer molecular biology marker for authentication of Rosae Rugosae Flos and optimization of germplasm resource.
