We measured the elderly hypertension patients on demographic, disease, knowledge, attitude and behavior of hypertension patients, treatment and physical examination. To evaluate effect and analyze the influential factors, we compared the blood pressure, KAB score, awareness, treatment rates, control rate between the intervention group and control group.Results1.126persons were investigated in the intervention group including64male and62female.149persons were investigated in the control group including79males and70females.There were no. statistical significance in gender, age, marriage, family history, working, educational level and economic income between the intervention group and control group.(All significant at P>0.05)2. Before intervention, there were no statistical significance in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, control rates, medication rate, regular review rate, KAB score and classification for blood pressure between the intervention group and control group.(All significant at P>0.05)3.There were statistical significance in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, treatment rates, control rate, regular review rate, KAB score and classification for blood pressure between the intervention before and after in the intervention group.(All significant at P<0.05). After intervention, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are lower but treatment rates, control rate, regular review rate, KAB score and normal blood pressure rate are higher than before in the intervention group. There were no statistical significance in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, KAB score and classification for blood pressure between baseline and outcomes in the control group.(All significant at P>0.05)4.There were statistical significance in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, control rates, medication rate, regular review rate, KAB score and classification for blood pressure between the intervention group and control group after intervention.(All significant at P<0.05), Systolic blood and diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group was lower but control rates, medication rate, regular review rate, normal blood pressure rate and KAB score were higher than outcomes in the control group. There were statistical significance in difference of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and KAB score between the intervention group and control group. In the intervention group,d ifferent of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and KAB score is higher than the control group.5.The effect of comprehensive community intervention is influenced by age, working state, cultural level and whether intervente or not. Their OR respectively were31.876(95%CI:3.236-313.945)、317.613(95%CI:15.231-6623.365)、0.062(95%CI:0.012-0.309)、17.175(95%CI:2.042-144.458)。Conclusions1. After intervention, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are lower but treatment rates, control rate, regular review rate, KAB score and normal blood pressure rate are higher than before in the intervention group. 2. After intervention, Systolic blood and diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group was lower but control rates, medication rate, regular review rate, normal blood pressure rate and KAB score were higher than outcomes in the control group. In the intervention group,d ifferent of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and KAB score is higher than the control group.3. The promote factors of comprehensive community intervention are age70-, working, cultural level is junior middle school culture and below and implementation of intervention.4. It is effective for elderly hypertension patients by implementing comprehensive community intervention.
