Compare of the difference between syndrome elements of CVA within the groups using ANOVA analysis.Analy Rank correlation analysis between the data.Result:1.There were significant relationships between Lung and phlegm(P<0.01).2. Marks of Lung were significantly higher than other syndrome elements (P<0.001).3. Syndrome elements with high frequency were lung and phlegm make up a portion of above50%, followed by Yin deficiency, moisture and heat.4.Through correlation analysis of phlegm syndrome elements and the five Zang-organs, it suggested that the relationships between phlegm and lung, and spleen were the most obvious, the correlation coefficient was r=0.252,0.231,P<0.05.Conclusions:l.The Pathology nature of Cough variant asthma disease:The location of CVA was mainly lung.Yin deficiency, phlegm and moisture were the main nature of disease. It may be served as reference in the clinical treatment.2. Clinical treatment may not rely on the differentiation of diseases, references may be provided by this study that guiding the upscent and descent of lung-qi,.relieving cough and eliminate phlegm.3. Pathogenic factors of CVA were mainly phlegm, moisture and yin deficiency. It could be served as reference in the prevention of this desease through daily health preserving and drug.
