Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture With Moxibustion On IBS-D Caused By The Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Between7:00and11:00

Objective:Observation on the curative effect of acupuncture with moxibustion on IBS-D caused by the spleen and stomach deficiency between7:00and11:00.Methods:60patients who had diagnosis for IBS-D caused by the spleen and stomach deficiency during February2011to October2011were selected as research subjects in acupuncture department and digestive system department in Xiamen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.They were divided randomly into the treatment group for31cases and contrast group for29cases.58cases complete the whole process of research.The30cases in the treatment group and28cases in the control group,both of them were treated by warm acupuncture.Treatment group were treated at7a.m.-lla.m.and control group were acupunctured at lp.m.-5p.m.All patients receive one treatment every other day,10times for one course of treatment,2courses of treatment in total.Keep observing the outcome of two courses treatment.Compare symptoms and signs of points before and after treatment,and observe its clinical therapeutic effects.Finally analyze the data statistically using the statistical software SPSS16.0for windows.Result:1.The treatment group:8cases recovered,14cases significantly improved and6cases improved.The total effective rate in the treatment group is93.33%;The control group:3cases recovered,8cases significantly improved and12cases improved.The total effective rate in the control group is82.14%.The total effective rate and comprehensive curative effect in the treatment group obviously surpass the control group (P<0.05).The totally effective rate of the treatment group come to93.33%,while that of the control group is82.14%,and there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).2.Make an statistical analysis on individual score of both groups before and after treatment.The difference showed obvious statistical meaning (P<0.01),which suggests the methods of both groups was effective.The statistical analysis on individual symptoms integral after treatment showed the difference has statistical meaning in different degree.The treatment group can improve significantly,the symptoms such as diarrhea,anorexia and the abdominal pain,and the curative effect is better than that of control group (P<0.01).But there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on abdominal distension,bowel sounds,exhausting and sallow complexion.Conclusion:To improve significantly the symptoms such as diarrhea,anorexia and the abdominal pain, the treatment group is better than that of control group.
