| Objective:Through observation of acupuncture treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy clinical curative effect of liver Yang syndrone type, to authenticate specifications acupuncture treatment.Methods:Clinical observation to choose cerebral ischemic stroke,60patients with liver Yang syndrone type, according to the principle of randomized, controlled divided into2groups, treatment group30cases and control group30cases. Observe two groups in the degree of neural function defect score, daily life activities ability score and simplified limbs Fugl-Meyer functional score changes in the situation, verify the diagnosis standard therapy.Results:1. Based on the neural function defect score, short form Fugl-Meyer score, daily life activities ability index score and TCM symptom score observed, the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, there were statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group compared with control group, treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group (P<0.05).2.The overall curative effect in treatment group90.0%, obviously better than the control group80.0%, compared with the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Normative acupuncture treatment can better promote ischemic stroke of neural function in patients with liver Yang syndrone type recovery, improve patients with hemiplegia limbs motor function, and daily living ability, improve the clinical symptoms, reduce morbidity, improve the quality of survival.2. Specification of acupuncture treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients with liver Yang syndrone type with high cure rate, curative effect is distinct, etc, have high clinical value and important clinical significance.3. Specification of acupuncture treatment in patients with ischemic stroke, liver Yang syndrone type treatment effect is remarkable, has many characteristics, such as repeatability, strong feasibility. |
