Purpose：Observe with Chinese medicine therapy and the wind chill came overstab of peripheral facial paralysis of the clinical curative effect, lookingfor treatment of facial paralysis is good and around quick and convenient method.Material and method：Will meet the criteria for the60cases of peripheral facial paralysis wind chillpatients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group30cases (remotelocation acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine treatment),30cases in (conventional therapy combined with Chinese traditional medicinetreatment), the treatment group: acupuncture take:Baihui, Fengchi, QuChi, Hegu,Zusanli, Yin ling quan,Sanyinjiao, Taichong(both bilateral), the prescription:Hongshen30g Huangqi25g Gancao20g Chaobaizhu15g Fuling20g Fangfeng20g Jinjie20g Guizhi10g Chantui15g Baizhi15g Chuanxiong20g Chaihu20g,the control group: acupuncture take:Fengchi (double side), Cuanzhu(bilateral),Yuyao, Yangbai, sibai, Quanliao, Jiache, Dicang, Hegu (double side), Kunlun(double side). Traditional Chinese medicine composition and the control groupthe same, two groups of patients30days (a period of treatment) after theefficacy of evaluation. Evaluation method the fifth international conferenceof facial nerve surgery recommended House-Brackmann (H-B) facial nerve functionevaluation classification system for curative effect evaluation.Results：1. After a period of treatment treatment group healed rate was76.67%, the totaleffective rate was93.33%, the control group healed rate was73.33%, the totaleffective rate was96.67%.2. After rank and inspection, the comparison of the two curative effect of nosignificant difference (P>0.05)3. In the whole process of test, the treatment group with no obvious adverse reaction, explain the treatment group used method in safety and reliable.Conclusion：1. The curative effect of two after statistics analysis no obvious difference,but the far end choose acupuncture point combined with Chinese traditionalmedicine treatment of this disease can avoid conventional acupuncture may causefacial acupuncture hematoma, purple and influence the phenomenon of patientsface.2. Although the disease have the self healing tendency, but self recover timeis not fixed, and this method is simple and easy to operate, and can not onlythrough the AIDS patient upright, and banish disease, promote the patient recoverat an early date, and enhance the body’s immune disease resistance.3. In this experiment process, and patients with no obvious adverse reaction,and the general physical examination index before and after treatment were notsee apparently unusual, this method safety and reliability and in the clinicalapplication.
