Purpose：Through the observation in January2011to March2012orthopedic wardapplication in liaoning province to supplement to bone pill prolapse of lumbarintervertebral disc (liver and kidney deficiency of both type) the treatmentof patients, understand the clinical curative effect.Material and method：from January2011to march hospital outpatient serviceof liaoning province orthopaedic were two empty kidney type prolapse of lumbarintervertebral disc with78cases were randomly divided into the treatment groupand control group, observe two groups use effect.Results：According to Japanese plastic surgery to learn\"lumbar disease treatment resultscale (JOA)\" by the computation to obtain the result:The treatment group: cure8cases, powerfully in16, effective in13, invalidin2cases, the total effective rate of94.9%.The control group: cure in6and11cases were markedly improved,18wereeffective,4of them is the total effective rate of89.8%.Conclusion：Clinical application for correction bone pill treatment two empty kidney typeprolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with satisfactory effect.
