Objective:The study observes the clinical efficacy of massage combined with Yijinjing exercises in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(liver and kidney deficiency type),and provides a new basis for this disease. Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation meeting the requirements were randomly divided into two groups, massage combined with Yijinjing meridian group(observation group)and simple massage group(control group),with 30 patients in each group. After four weeks of treatment, changes in relevant evaluation indicators, such as VAS and JOA scores, were compared before and after treatment. Then statistical software was used to analyze the data of the two groups to compare the differences between the two groups.Result:1.After treatment, the VAS and JOA scores of the two groups of patients recovered significantly(p<0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods are effective.2.After treatment, the evaluation indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(p<0.05),indicating that massage combined with Yijinjing treatment is more beneficial to the patient’s rehabilitation effect.Conclusion:1.Massage combined with Yijinjing exercise and simple massage for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(liver and kidney deficiency type)both can improve patient’s pain, and increase the JOA index.2.Massage combined with Yijinjing exercise treatment of lumbar disc herniation(liver and kidney deficiency type)can significantly relieve the patient’s pain and increase the JOA index.Compared with simple massage,it has more advantage, and is economical and applicable, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
