Clinical Observation On Internal And External Application Of Qiangjinzhuanggu Prescription Combined With Lumbar Orthopedic Treatment For Lumbar Disc Herniation Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:This project is to study the clinical efficacy of Qiangjin Zhuanggu Decoction for internal use and external use combined with lumbar vertebra bone orthodontics in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.By comparison,it is proved that the combined use of the two has a more prominent clinical effect,and provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation.Methods:In this clinical study,120 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were treated at the outpatient clinic of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Chief Physician Hang Baiya,Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between April 2020 and December 2020,were enrolled in the group.And divide all the included cases into 3 groups according to complete randomization,with 40 cases in each group.Control group A was treated with Qiangjin Zhuanggu Decoction orally and externally,control group B was treated with lumbar spine bone orthosis,and experimental group C was treated with Qiangjin Zhuanggu recipe orally and externally combined with lumbar bone orthosis.1 week is a course of treatment,3 groups are treated for 4 consecutive courses.To observe and compare the pain VAS score,lumbar function ODI score,low back pain JOA score,and overall clinical efficacy of the three groups before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.The research data was processed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.The count data was tested by chi-square test.The measurement data was first tested for its normal distribution and homogeneity of variance,and the mean ± standard deviation was used for description.Those who conform to the normal distribution use t test.Those who meet the normal distribution use the rank sum test,P<0.05 is considered to be statistically significant,P<0.01 is considered to be statistically significant,and P>0.05 is considered to be insignificant.Results:1.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the pain VAS scores,lumbar function ODI scores,and JOA scores of the overall efficacy of low back pain in the control group A,control group B,and test group C were compared with those of the group before treatment,and they were statistically significant.(P<0.05)2.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the results of pain VAS score,lumbar3.function ODI score,and overall efficacy JO A score of low back pain in experimental group C,control group A and control group B were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05)3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the overall clinical curative effect rate was 70%in the control group,B67.5%in the control group,and C90%in the test group.According to the Chi-square test,the overall efficacy rate of the three groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Qiangjin Zhuanggu Decoction for internal and external use,lumbar spine bone setting alone in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of lumbar disc herniation,for lumbar pain and lumbar function limited symptoms have different degrees of improvement.2.Qiangjin Zhuanggu decoction combined with lumbar vertebra bonesetting is more effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency type,and the combined treatment has no obvious special adverse reactions compared with single use.This method is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical application.
