Objective: Through the literature research,explore and summarize the vaginal bleeding after drug abortion treatment of traditional Chinese medicine program,and get on clinical validation.Methods: Collected the literature of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine about the vaginal bleeding after drug abortion of nearly 25 years,explored the common syndromes of the disease,syndrome differentiation,governance and prescription.After dialectical classification,120 clinical collection cases were randomly divided into control group,experimental group A,experimental group B.Three groups were treated with basic therapy:mifepristone + misoprostol oral after drug abortion.Intramuscular oxytocin after gestational sac discharged immediately,and oral cefuroxime axetil tablets.Control group: basic treatment + oxytocin nasal spray;experimental group A: basic treatment + oral biochemical soup;experimental group B: basic treatment + the TCM dialectical treatment referred to common TCM syndrome.Those who is still the vaginal bleeding 7 days later would be dialectical classified again.And those who vaginal bleeding stopped or be uterine surgery would be end of treatment.The three groups data were compared included vaginal bleeding time,vaginal bleeding,the rate of suction curettage,progesterone,HCG decline,menstrual complex tide,etc.by using excel 2007 for data statistics,spss19.0 data analysis.Results: First,the common TCM syndromes of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion conclude uterus blood stasis type,qi deficiency blood stasis type,moist heat and blood stasis type,Yin deficiency hot blood type and cold coagulation blood stasis type.Second,each type of syndromes can be cured with the following prescriptions.Uterus blood stasis type can be cured by expelling blood circulation to stop bleeding with biochemical soup addition and subtraction;The treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type should help Qi and expel blood to stop bleeding with Bazhen soup and biochemical soup addition and subtraction;The treatment of moist heat and blood stasis type are clear hot and humid,expelling blood to stop bleeding with the choice of rhubarb peony skin soup with Wuwei disinfection drink addition and subtraction;About Yin deficiency blood type,the treatment is Ziyin and clear heat to stop bleeding by using the Liangdi soup with biochemical soup addition and subtraction;Cold condensate blood stasis type should warmed blood circulation,expelled blood to stop bleeding by using biochemical soup plus cinnamon,black medicine,leaves.Second,the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment can effectively shorten vaginal bleeding time,reduce vaginal bleeding,reduce the number of vaginal bleeding after 7 days,reduce the rate of suction curettage,lowerprogesterone and blood HCG,promote menstrual complex tide.Conclusion: The common TCM syndromes of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion conclude uterus blood stasis type,qi deficiency blood stasis type,moist heat and blood stasis type,Yin deficiency hot blood type and cold coagulation blood stasis type.The dialectical treatment can shorten the vaginal bleeding time after drug abortion.It is of great significance.
