The main tasks of English courses of the elementary education are:“Toarouse and train the interest of the students’ English learning, make thestudents set up their confidence, form good learning habits and useful tactics,develop the ability of self-learning and the cooperative spirit;......for thestudents’ firm foundation of their all-life learning and development”. Interestis the first teacher for learning, modern English teaching are not only“Showing the ways, teaching the knowledge, solve the puzzles”, but also toarouse the interest of learning more, the most effective way of arousing is toarouse the three-dimensional space by temperament and interest of educationand teaching, that is: a stereoscopic space by three factors: length (left andright), height(up and down), depth(deep and vertical). Length refers toresource-unifying, activity-building, comment-promoting; Height refers toknowledge (self-study), skills (reading, activities), experience and usage;Depth refers to emotional attitude, ability of thinking, trans-cultureconsciousness. It is said that “No love, no education; no interest, no learning”.Temperament and interest teaching is to arouse the students’ active feeling forthe knowledge by teachers. To stress interest, respect students and cherishthem is to form resonance in feeling and mind, meanwhile, to maketemperament and interest go through every space and sector. In order to getthe ideal effect of teaching, we should arouse the explosive spirit and passionof students to ask and learn. English teaching is not only to teach and train thestudents’ pronunciation, intonation and sentences, but also to exchange thefeeling, develop the ability of wisdom, train the social-contact ability in theearly period which is also to recognize and share the wealth of human spiritand widen the unknown world.The first title firstly elaborates “resource-unifying, achievement hinthelps to build the confidence.” Then elaborate the background, principle,content separately. Then show the whole plan by forms, action and result.Secondly, it narrates “activity-building, experience and arouse the longerinterest” by the basement of the theories, goals, content and characters; andgive the detail examples of activities. Thirdly, the article talks about:comment-promoting, manage regularly to form active attitude”, that combinessome problems in class and bad results of English learning elaborates someideas of the main problems, comment-promoting, what we are doing and whatwe are going to do. Then it introduces two comment systems: coursecomment and final comment.The second title narrates the three-dimensional goal design of theknowledge and skills usage in the teaching materials from the facts to thewhole; Then it introduces the implement explaining how to act for four steps;Finally, it elaborates the goal strength of widen reading skills.
