Any society needs a moral sky, for the human society has the eternal significance. The teacher is human society one of the ancient and noble profession, has important social value. Teachers’ professional ethics is the basis of teachers’ professional social value, therefore, middle school teachers’ professional ethics construction is the development of education enterprise in our country.Teachers’ professional ethics and other professional ethics, has the characteristics of industry characteristics, inheritance, and times, at the same time also has its particularity. Teachers professional ethics construction is affected by internal and external factors of comprehensive, it is a long-term, complex and continuous process. This article targeted research on middle school teachers’ occupational ethics present situation and influence factors, for secondary school teachers occupational moral construction to build a good social atmosphere.This topic from the following theory of middle school teachers’ professional ethics to be explored.First of all, expound the necessity and feasibility of this thesis research, collecting the materials of research prior to and hard work of different researchers in their own, for expansion of this study provides the support of theory. Abundant research data and open field of vision, is an important condition of safeguarding the smooth progress of the study. While the existing research methods most used is literature method, the literature method in the research field of the research method is a feasible and reliable. Therefore, this research adopts the research methods in theory, in order to enhance the effectiveness of research results.Secondly, this article is based on secondary school teachers’ professional ethics construction as the research object, explore various obstacles, the deep-seated reasons for teachers’ professional ethics construction for the potential of teachers professional ethics construction, and promote education industry’s sustained and stable in China. Based on philosophy, ethics, education, economics and other related theory and analysis method, mainly around the middle school teachers’ professional ethics construction the connotation, significance, current situation, problems and countermeasures from several aspects, study at home and abroad and the existing middle school teachers’ professional ethics is summarized and discussed.Finally, combined with domestic and foreign theory of middle school teachers’ professional ethics to explore the effective way of the construction of the moral standards of the current middle school. The innovation of this paper lies in:teachers into the line of the current guidelines for the appropriate improvements, more comprehensive considering of the important factors that affect middle school teachers’ professional ethics construction.
