This study discusses vibration training in the application of rugby training, which using chinese elite female rugby players as the research object. Not only hoping to get the result of vibration training playing a positive role in the rugby training, but also in order to offer important foundation for scientific training and improvement of the training methods for the vibration training.This study make a lot of tests and detail analysis of the certain specific physical indicators, power quality and the ability of physical balance for Chinese elite female rugby players, before and after the 7-weeks training period; Also makes research on the means of vibration training, as well as the monitoring on application of training. Result:1. According the inside-group comparison:the 30-meter performance of Group S shows a very significant difference before and after the training(p<0.01),800-meter performance of Group S shows a significant difference before and after the training(p<0.05). According the comparison among the different groups:800-meter and 400-meter performance of different groups show a significant difference after the training(p<0.05);2. When the speed of Isomed2000 isokinetic strength testing system is at 60°/s, the relative torque peak of knee extensor shows a significant difference before and after the training(p<0.05); When the speed of Isomed2000 isokinetic strength testing system is at 240°/s, the power Peak of the hip flexor for Group S shows a significant decrease after the training(p<0.05); 3. When Group S in the state of standing on one foot (right side), the LngY and Vy with eyes open show a significant difference before and after the training(p<0.05).When it comes to the comparison of the different groups, the LngY and Vy with eyes closed show a significant difference (p<0.05), while the LngY, Vy, Dy, VS with eyes open show a very significant difference (p<0.01).The conclude as followings:1. After training intervention for 7 weeks, traditional vibration training improves the 30-meter performance, the quality of special speed and explosive power of the pelvic limb.2. Vibration training improves the ability of physical balance of the pelvic limb and the whole body.3. After goal shuttle run and 4. different distance shuttle run for 7-weeks, players’iliopsoas and other deep trunk muscle got serious fatigue and didn’t recover in time.It indicates that the the specific site training is over loaded, so the coaches need to strengthen the training monitoring.4. Vibration training is an effective assistant method of traditional Strength training.
