The Research On Digital Jin Hua Basic Geographic Information System

At present, the main focus on the digital city is the city information construction, digitalcity is an important way for the social productivity development and the sustainabledevelopment of a city, and is also a necessary choice to improve the comprehensivecompetitiveness of a city. Digital city is a new powerful tool to constantly promote thereform of city information management system, optimize the allocation of urban resources,manage the infrastructure construction funds, improve the mechanism of the marketconstruction of information resources, fully realize and effectively integratecity theinformation resources. At the same time, the GIS scholars pay some highly attentions aboutthe research on basic geographic information system application which is the basis of digitalcity data support system. How to make the digital city and basic geographic informationsystem effectively combination has become the focus for the international scholars to study.Therefore, how to build basic geographic information system becomes a key point toresearch in this paper, and it is also important to research on the basis data management.Because the terrain databases and framework elements and geographic entity database, nameaddress database is the foundation and key databses in the geographic information database,so the research on these three databases become another key point in this paper.Based of the digital jinhua basic geographic information system project construction,firstly, examines the related technologies of digital jinhua, including GIS, RS, GPS, LBS,SIG and spatial database technology; secondly, analyzes the basic geographic data collection techniques, including sampling technology, processing technology system and processingflow; and then analyzes the developing key technologies of the basic geographic informationsystem, including component GIS technology, the WebGIS technology, spatial data enginetechnology and spatial data interoperability. Through the analysis of the basic conditions ofproject construction, acquired the present situation of data, the existing problems of data,and data demand analysis. This paper has made a study of the basic terrain databases,geographic framework elements and entity database, and name address database,and thejinhua basic geographic information system which is an effective method for GIS worker toanalysis data and submits the date results.
