The major goal is evaluating oil&gas exploration projects in the year of2011. And thisproject had achieved outstanding exploration results.1969.9liner kilometers of2D high-resolution seismic acquisition had been accomplished and accounted for131.3percent ofplanned;1118square kilometers of3D seismic acquisition had been accomplished andaccounted for103.5percent of planned;75preliminary prospecting wells were drilled andtotal footages were147,880meters. They accounted113.6percent and111.9percent ofplanned respectively.128appraisal wells were drilled and total footages were184,200meters. They accounted118.5percent and99.9percent of planned respectively.60milliontons of predicted original-oil-in-place and50million tons of controlled original-oil-in-placeand50million tons of proved original-oil-in-place were approved by National Reserve Committee. They accounted for111percent,112.7percent and102.3percent of plannedrespectively. The explorational investment was1.2billion yuans and it accounted for99.4percent of planned. The successful rate of explorational wells was70percent. The plannedcost of discovery was0.97USD and actual number was0.91USD, lowered5.93percent thanplanned. The planned cost of preliminary prospect was1.27USD and actual was1.11USD,lowered12.6percent than planned. The planned cost of appraisal was0.71USD and actualwas0.72USD, increased1.4percent than planned.Meanwhile, it was indicated that explorational prospect in the south of Songliao Basinis “oil-bearing integrally”. It was explicit that Fuxin uplift zone has the oil-bearing tendencyof macroscopic whole and beneficial exploration prospect. And deep-seated natural gasshows good exploration situation.
