With the development of manufacturing industry, the requirement of precise deep-drawing work is increasing. Also the much higher request is bring up for the equipment about precision, efficiency and automation. Due to the advantages of assembled-framed hydraulic press, it become the most ideal equipment which produces the deep-drawing work. Take the YQK-1250 framed single-drawing hydraulic press for instance, the frame of hydraulic Press is analyzed and optimized in finite element method.The structure and development of hydraulic Press is introduced in this thesis. SolidWorks is used to build a 3D model of frame hydraulic press, and Ansys is applied to analyze model's stiffness and strength. Which provide reliable theoretical base and have important theoretical meaning and application value.Static performance of hydraulic press is got by using 3-dimension integral contacting analysis, so the discipline of stress and strain distribution of the whole frame and its assembly are obtained and then the status of pretension is analyzed.Lanczos method is used in the analysis of the frame and ram of hydraulic Press. The dynamic parameters of the frame and ram such as previous eight natural frequencies and corresponding modes are obtained and the influences of every step mode on service Performance are analyzed.At last, the parameterized model of the ram is rebuilt. Sub-problem optimization algorithm is adopted and its weight is used as the object function, then the best structure design parameters are obtained.
