Shenyang municipal Party committee, city hall on wastewater pollution urban environmental problem seriously very much, have nature area sewage treatment plant construction project as a key project of Shenyang City, in order to ensure the harmonious development of economy and environment.This article systematically analyzed the feasibility of project investment theory, content and methods firstly. Then,comprehensively described on the investment of X company, including the company’s situation,the project content overview and project background information. Later, it did a market analysis and project investment analysis about X companies facing the proposed investment project.In this analysis,the author used statistical methods, comparative methods to analyze comprehensively the feasibility of project implementation, sewage industry market situation, market capacity, technical scheme and management ability. Then adopting the method of combining the dynamic evaluation with the static evaluation, the paper analyzed investment project cost, benefit and uncertainty.
