At present, the coal mine safety production of our country continue to maintain theoverall stability, even tends to the development trend of improvement in the efforts ofthe majority of scientific and technical personnel and mine employees. As the "coalsecurity guards", the monitoring system of coal mine safety production plays anextremely important role in Coal production. This system is the ligament betweenenterprise management layer(ERP) and control layer (DCS), Not only reduce theoccurrence of coal mine accidents, and also brought tangible economic benefits for theenterprise.This paper are based on coal mine digitized mine system in Hexi, Liulin, ShanxiProvince, to explore the design and realization of monitoring information system that isused to manager the coal production. The development platform of this safetymonitoring system are IFIX software that is producted by GE,IH and SQL Server2005.And the development language of this system are VB and SQL. Firstly, not onlythe research significance and the current situation of the development of monitoringinformation system that is used to manager the coal production are introduced on thebasis of access to large amounts of data, but also the development trend of this systemwithin a period of time in the future. Secondly, the overall architecture of the system hasbeen discussed in this paper, and the system will be divided into a number of modules toachieve. The requirements and network model of the system have been analyzed. Then,redundant configuration of data collector, data acquisition, realizations of each module,acquisition and archiving of IH data were designed. And then the design andImplementation of the data report module were introduced, including the structures ofmodule architecture, data query, trend graphs and Portal release. In order to reduce theresponse time for searching data, these systems uses method of time-scheduling andevent-scheduling to processing some data of IH and then store them into SQL Server forcalling. Finally, each subsystem and report module of the system were debugged whichverify the correctness of the system.
