It is a long time for the research of oil press,Although the oil press theory more and more mature,but for a lot of problems,there is no good mathematical model to express and explain.For another hand,most of the numerical simulation of oil press are concentrated in the squeezer solid itself,there is a few numerical simulation about the interaction between fluid and screw inside the oil press,in the process of oil press,only analyze the screw itself is not enough,fluid-structure coupling analysis can show the real situation inside the oil press and provide reference for practical production.This article starts from the screw structure,it introduces the measuring flow theory of extruder into the oil press,then,it discusses the traffic and the behavior of material particles.Through the assumptions,the article sets up and squeezes the equation of oil press.it introduces the finite element method into fluid-structure coupling calculation,fluid motion equation and structural motion equation are given by the article,then, for the solution of above equations,it takes time domain and frequency domain methods.By using the ANSYS software to do three-dimensional modeling and dynamic simulation analysis for the fluid-structure coupling field in the sample of oil press.The results of numerical analysis show that the distribution of stress, concentration and velocity in fluid field,the stress and deformation of the screw and the second order modal.it studies the changes of stress,concentration and velocity along with the coordinates and the influence of gravity.At last,it puts forward some reference suggestion to the design of screw.As is shown above,this article combines the crushing theory and fluid-structure interaction theory,then,it does a comprehensive analysis of the fluid-structure interaction for the sample in ANSYS.So,we can see the overview of physical fields in the oil press.This study contributes to the optimization of oil press and improvement of production efficiency.
