Computer and network technology is popular increasingly in the current time, thenetwork-based control system is rising rapidly and wide variety of related technologieshas been developed. The software LabVIEW enriches and develops the methods andmeans of monitoring and control network, in which virtual instrument software andnetwork technology is combined. In a networked monitoring and control system, thereal-time transmission of data collection and communication of the remote databaseaccess is key to solve collection and transmission, storage of the data. Meanwhile,modern network-based integrated processing carries great weight in order to improveproductivity, product quality, and reduce costs. It is of urgent practical significance forremote monitoring and control system to be applied in the CNC machining field.The network monitoring and control system of CNC machine tools on the base ofLabVIEW environment is studied comprehensively and systematically in this thesis.Around the subject, the following work is completed. The collection, analysis andstorage functions of data are achieved in the research. At the same time, the bus industryinvolved in the industrial measurement and control is studied.This paper presents andanalyzes several driver ways of the LabVIEW and domestic interface of capture card.In virtual instrument network communications, several methods of LabVIEWnetwork communication and their applications are analyzed and compared, and thecommunication models of B/S and C/S are compared. Combined with the comparisonof several connection ways of LabVIEW and remote database, the data transfer of upperand lower machine is achieved on the use of technology DataSocket. And LabSQL kitallows access to remote database data. The overall design of network control platformof CNC machine tools is completed in the LabVIEW-based environment. Theapplication of network control system in the positioning displacement accuracy of CNCmachine tools and temperature compensation is studied further. With DSC modules andbus technology, the desired goals are achieved basically, including field data collection,analysis, storage and remote access capabilities.
