Currently, of all the total municipal solid waste, construction waste accounted for30%to40%. According to the information, by the rough statistics, the construction material lossof frame structure and full-cast structure and Brick and Concrete structure,per ten thousandsquare meters of construction will produce500to600tons of construction waste. If click toestimates, over one hundred million tons of construction waste were generated anddischarged in our Country Construction of the building only every year, number ofconstruction waste generated by the building materials industry and architectural decorationand demolition will reach a few million tons. To2020,China will add about30billion squaremeters of construction area, new construction waste is a shocking figure.This article is extracted through a summary of a large number of literature, researchdomestic and foreign scholars on the use of construction waste recycling and countriespractice on construction waste management laws and regulations, pointed out theshortcomings of existing research and practice development, China’s construction wasterecycling network system urgent construction. From two broad and narrow, conductedin-depth analysis of the composition of construction waste recycling network system, ourcountry of construction waste recycling network system construction conditions and supportthe main research, combination of a recycling system of principles and elements, establishedcollection point—transshipment deployment of field—dismantling center recycling networkmodel of the three recycling outlets, the use of theoretical and based on the level of the waste material of Young, the re-use of the resources of the construction waste, to the resources ofthe construction waste put forward reuse, remanufacturing, recycling three cascade use ofpoint of view.In this paper, based on facts, with the example of Nanjing, analysis of the amount ofconstruction waste in the future Nanjing, Nanjing six urban construction waste recyclingnetwork system simulation, and with the computer lingo software for solving and computing.This study is built on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical test, the final study resultscan provide a reference for government, business and other multiparty decision-making, ofconstruction waste recycling network system has an extremely important guiding significance,can alleviate to some extent, our resources and energy crisis; promote renewable resourcerecycling industry to the direction of industrialization; guide the construction materialsinnovation, to promote the new easy sorting of recycled building materials; has a great role inpromoting environmental protection and economic growth, has a positive theoretical andpractical significance for China to promote the recycling economy, the path of sustainabledevelopment.
