Wind energy resource is an inexhaustible and renewable source of energy. Since the end of the last century, wind power has become the most extensive form in the modern wind energy development and utilization, not only in line with national policy of "multiple energy complementary", but also has a far-reaching impact on the promotion of local economic development and improvement of people’s life, is a new energy which is sustainable development, encouraged and supported in China. However, people having more awareness of environmental protection have paid more and more attention to the negative impact of the ecological environment in wind power project, how to coordinate the relationship between the wind power project and ecological environment during the whole process of wind power project construction, how to make the wind power project obtain the considerable development and not to damage the ecological environment, these will be the main problem we are concerned, in he ecological environment impact assessment area of the wind power project. This paper was based on analyses and consulting of many related literature and examples, taking Yichun Wuyiling Artin river wind power project as an example, studied the analysis and evaluation of the ecological and environmental impact assessment in wind power project and got the conclusion of the following four aspects:(1) Ecological and environmental impact assessment of the wind power project mainly takes maintaining a good relationship between the wind power project construction and ecological environment protection as the goal, the effective way to realize the harmonious relationship between the wind power project construction and ecological environment protection is the protection measure implementation of the ecological environment in wind power project area. This paper constructed the ecological and environmental impact assessment system of the wind power project, and then put forward the measures for ecological environment protection of the wind power project.(2) Ecological environment impact assessment of wind power project needs to investigate the present situation of the planning area, and then superimposes the project construction and the situation of the planning area together, finally, by comparing the transformation of the planning area, determines the impact of wind power project on ecological environment. The main contents include land use, animals and plants, vegetation and soil erosion etc.(3) Early in Wuyiling Artin river wind power project, the ecological environment impact assessment need obtain the original information by G1S and satellite remote sensing analysis, field investigation and sampling, route and sample plot survey and expert consultation method, based on it, analyzed the present situation and the characteristics of the ecological environment in the planning area, evaluated the impact of the project on the local ecological environment, finally put forward the corresponding measures for ecological environment protection.(4) As the point type occupies, wind power project construction mainly impacts wind turbines, generators, booster stations covering permanent and temporary land use on vegetation, but this will not have the obvious negative influence of the distribution of species, species diversity and ecosystem integrity in the wind power project construction area. In the project construction period, temporary land use will impact more on vegetation, when the operation period comes, the temporary land use impact on vegetation will gradually weaken and even disappear; the permanent land use, including wind turbines, generators, booster stations and so on, is the point type occupies, having small occupied area, and in accordance with the relevant national policies, the spirit of "occupation and compensation" principle, allopatry compensation at least equal area and quality vegetation, to achieve the balance. To sum up, the construction of wind power project will not bring new obvious negative impact on the ecological environment. |
