Industrial control plays a very important role in mechatronics, power electronics.Multi-axis control card is applied to multi-axis CNC machine tools, welding robot, as well asthe complexity of large-scale equipment, production lines and so on. multi-axis control cardneeds to regulate the motor PID of motors tuning,control different types of normal motor stall,offer good expansion interfaces to meet the needs of a variety of conditions, as well asprovides a programmable interface to the customer. Domestic control card industry need tovigorously develop, this paper proposes a multi-axis control stepper motor control card,andintroduce this kind of stepper motor DSP-based multi-axis control card from the followingthree aspects.Firstly, the basic knowledge preparing study, the principle of the stepper motors, andstepper motor control program are studied. The feasibility of multiple stepper motor controlmethod is explored. At the same time, as about the realization of the curve to accelerate, theprogram counter and pulse counter those two aspects are explored. A comprehensiveunderstanding has been done on the2812which is applied to control motors.Secondly, in the face of complex conditions, the stepper motor need a good decelerationcurve characteristics, as well as the face of complex surfaces, curves and complex trajectoryinterpolation, the stepper motor need good curve algorithm. Trapezoidal acceleration curvealgorithm, seven-segment S-shaped curve algorithm, linear interpolation, circularinterpolation, and Bezier curve interpolation are discussed.Finally, achieve he hardware to achieve the control card which2812as the kernel part.General investigate the control program, as well as the overall hardware anti-jamming design.Conversion module design, voltage converter module design, control card the JTAG moduledesign, and hardware implementation of the analog input and output, serial, CANcommunication module design are discussed.
