With the advancement of technology and the improvement of people’s living standards, theautomotive industry has been rapid development, the automotive industry is growing demandfor cold-rolled sheet, so the demand of IF steel also increasing because of its profounddrawability. In order to further enhance the mechanical properties and surface quality of theproduct, improve the quality of the surface temper of the cold-rolled IF steel, cold rollingproduction line last set temper mill. The color aberration due to some process parameters setunreasonable in the temper rolling process, and sometimes cause strip surface roughnessuneven, the strip color problem is one of the main problems affecting the surface quality.It is found that when tempering the IF steel, about100mm color aberration phenomenonrange on both sides of the strip surface can be detected, and other kinds of steel do not have thephenomenon. This thesis is meant to establish a three-dimensional dynamic finite elementmodel of strip’s temper rolling process by Marc, through input different parameters of thesimulation and comparative analysis of simulation results identify the strip surface coloraberration caused by deep-seated reasons, make some improvements on the process parametersto eliminate color aberration as much as possible. The main work includes:(1) The establishment of a general thin strip temper rolling pressure model. Establish acorrect temper rolling finite element model to solve the theoretical basis of the temper coloraberration, must be depth study of the rolling process model, in order to accurately calculate thetemper rolling unit rolling pressure, unit rolling pressure calculation could divided into exportelastic deformation zone, entrance elastic deformation zone and shaping elastic deformationzone in the rolling pressure, and then based on the total rolling pressure is obtained.(2) To establish a three-dimensional dynamic finite element model of strip’s temperrolling process. Creative by Marc finite element software to create a whole dynamicthree-dimensional temper rolling model, then the temper rolling process was simulated,discussion and analysis of the stress distribution characteristics of the IF steel surface underdifferent temper parameters, find the causes of color aberration and put forward improvementideas.(3) Based on VB6.0platform, set an automatic production process of the establishmentof temper rolling model. If the process of temper rolling need to be analysis and calculated inthe future, only need to enter the value through the visualization platform and the programcould generate Marc required.dat file, which could consume a lot of time to establish themodel, the true realization of Marc’s ease of use, and avoid errors.
