At present, most of the domestic coal mining enterprises use the extensive managementplan, lagging behind the Western developed countries, as well as the development of coalminer’s lamp countries in the miners job automation, information technology, networkmanagement, etc. some domestic coal mine which are still stuck in the miners’ lamp, andminers operating conditions through artificial management by using of paper-based mediamanagement and registered this backward mode of production. This backward mode not onlycan’t to fully use of these expensive miner’s lamp but also can’t supervise the miners’ worktimely and effective, and more importantly, this would make coal mine production safetycompromised. In this case, the cost of designing a low-cost, easy to operate, easy to maintainthe information management system is essential to resolve the current situation of thedomestic coal industry.this thesis use lithium batteries as a miner’s lamp power supply for the new high-powerLED miner’s lamp as miner’s lamp plan, and use the CSharp language to develop PC software,use AVR microcontroller as the core hardware circuit to develop data acquisition module andthe serial interaction module, completed the acquisition of a miner’s lamp voltage, upload,input and many other features as one of the sets coal miner’s management and attendance atone of the new generation of the attendance management system. The basic idea of the designof this system is as follows:(1) Taking into account the previous mine management program-inadequate battery.Final adopted to use the professional lithium battery management chip on the LED minerbattery perfect monitoring, protection and parameter acquisition. Make Miner’s lamp reducepower consumption, and improve the life cycle of a miner’s lamp greatly, cut the using costwithout sacrificing security.(2) With the long-term study of the management system of the industrial mainstream, Ifound that the most primitive, industrial-grade PC software design and development tools arefar behind, it has been unable to meet the requirements of the rapid development of hardware and software development, at the same time, old design concepts resulting in the lack offriendliness on the software uses, cumbersome to operate, single function, In this context, tolearn the lessons of the past, finally developed the software which have high versatile,friendly, good compatibility.(3) With in-depth study of multi-machine communication mode, make A/D conversion,data processing and data upload function integrated into one circuit board, improve thesampling accuracy while greatly reducing the size of the circuit, solved the lithium battery use,charging status monitoring, upload problem etc. The system uses industrial RS485communication bus, solve the issue of the new LED lights lithium battery monitoring better.
