Company X is a large and medium-sized state-owned steel company.The company is facing profound changes in the internal and external environment.The shortcomings of management communication have become more and more obvious,which has become a major factor restricting the healthy development of enterprises.In 2018 and 2019,the company had conflicts caused by poor communication channels,which caused damage to the company's overall reputation and employees' enthusiasm.Management communication plays an increasingly important role in the enterprise,and has become a key factor affecting the quality and efficiency of internal management.The optimization of management communication is conducive to improving the efficiency of resource element allocation and organizational operation,injecting innovation vitality into the enterprise,and is the manager an important content that cannot be ignored.After the 1970 s,management communication,as a branch of management,has become more systematic and in-depth.This study comprehensively uses questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and other methods to analyze the status,problems and causes of company management communication.After investigation,it was found that there were problems such as imperfect management communication system,communication level barriers,unscientific communication methods,and insufficient communication ability of employees,which reduced the quality of information transmissionwithin the company,affected the work efficiency of various departments,and was not conducive to the company's long-term development.The reason is mainly due to the company's lack of corporate culture and strategic planning conducive to management communication and managers' lack of attention to management communication.This study proposes optimization suggestions in terms of improving the management communication system,solving communication-level barriers,setting communication methods reasonably,and improving employees' communication skills,which have strong practical significance.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of countermeasures,measures such as the establishment of a comprehensive information platform for management communication,the establishment of a management communication department,and the establishment of functional zoning are provided to support people,regions,and tools.In addition,it focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the organizational structure and personnel structure of management communication,and puts forward optimization suggestions to make it more suitable for the changes in management communication content and methods brought by the new technological revolution.
